Recycling in England and Ghana

 

All aids to enable disabled or disadvantaged to empower themselves in a very positive way.

 

St Stephen’s Infant School, Canterbury supplied all recycling items such as learning books, chairs and many more items.

Kent Blind Society provided Braille books, blind canes, watches for the blind, and many more items. All recycled.

St Martin’s supplied essential items walking aids etc that are out of date here but very useable in Ghana.

Bicycles that are donated by various recycled organisations, tools have been donated all from recycling, we make up a tool box for the disabled to enable them to provide an income for themselves.

Special tools for making jewellery donated by Simmonds The Jewellers in Canterbury.

Braille paper donated by Print Management in Canterbury and othe paper firms in Canterbury.

Necessary Furniture supplying big strong boys etc.

A big thank you, to all the other organisations that have supported us with their donations of special items for the disabled in Ghana

We are making shirts to enable the people to be self supporting. The 10 shirts are now on sale in a Canterbury shop.
